Forum Move root forum to subforum
Hey Everyone, i wasn't too sure where I could post this since I will touch base on an upgrade from the normal forum VB -> CMS version
I currently have my forums on my root html folder. I'm planning on getting an upgrade so I can have CMS for my forums. Reason I want to do this Move is to give my forums a Homepage where news can be posted, etc. I pretty much want to get a step-by-step guide (because im new to this) on how to properly Move the forums down a folder so it can have the extension of /forum, since at this moment its taking up my main page/site. Example: (www.domain.com) instead of (www.domain.com/forums) It does go to the /forum.php extension if you click on the forums button on the navigation bar. I did not purchase CMS yet so i was wondering if I could get proper instructions that would include the installation of CMS and the moving of my forums to properly get a nice site layout. Example: CMS homepage (www.domain.com) Forum page (www.domain.com/forums) Help on this would be greatly appreciated.
